Isabel Kurek has had a lifelong love affair with beauty – the beauty of the horse and the beauty of people.

A lifelong equestrian, Isabel’s riding included horse showing, hunting, and exercising racehorses in New York and Maryland racetracks. Horses were always central to her life, even while finishing a Master’s Degree in Psychology, and raising three sons on a small horse farm in Maryland. Today, Isabel divides their time between her homes in and the horse worlds of Maryland and Wellington, with extensive travel to the East Coast’s premiere show grounds.

In her photography, Isabel captures those moments that epitomize the horse and rider connection – and this is what has made her images so coveted. In addition to print and digital media and marketing, Isabel’s work may be found in numerous publications and product catalogues around the world, and remains on permanent display in numerous public venues and civic buildings, including a Maryland County Courthouse and the Babe Ruth Museum at Camden Yards.
